I’m currently the managing editor for the online website www.booksbywomen.org, but I still haven’t figured out what I want to be when I’m older. I’d like to keep an open mind.
I think wellness is a constant learning process…adjusting and realigning to whatever life throws at you. My regimen changes accordingly. I’m a sucker for routines but I’ve learned this last half a year ago to be less rigid. Always realize there is a choice. And very often the best choice is simply being kind. Towards yourself, towards others. The solutions flow from that. My internal motivations for health and wellness: To be the best version I can be.
