Currently, my 9-5 is being a Practice Site Administrator for a busy medical office in the Upper West Side. But I’m the owner and operator of an online Boutique where we sell active wear for both men and women. I’m also launching a Wellness Coaching Business which while VERY young has brought the most satisfaction.

I’m training for the NYC Half Marathon. I’m most focused and productive when I follow a routine. So, Mon-Fri, I start my day at 5:45 am. Drive to the gym for at least 1 hour of exercise. Or SoulCycle or the most versatile resource BeachBody on Demand. Awakening every muscle in my body before 9 am allows me to prepare for all the craziness I will encounter while managing an office. At the end of October, I started a Wellness Transformation Journey. The immediate intent was to gain some space in my waistband to overindulge during Thanksgiving. But as I began to exercise I noticed how out of shape, unhealthy and unhappy I was. I finally had the time to think and examine my life and I did not like it. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, didn’t love myself and found I was angry more often than not. So, I committed to living a happier and healthier life.
