I am a Physical Therapist who has branched off to study reflexology, skin care, and Ayurveda.  In my current job, I am fortunate enough to practice all these mediums which allow me to better serve each client. For me, wellness is my number one priority. Every day, I try to do something active such as going to the gym, swimming, walking/hiking, or dancing. I believe that there is a direct relationship between wellness and productivity. Whenever I am in a funk, something as simple as walking outside helps to put things in perspective and provides me with the motivation that I was previously lacking.

Health and wellness are two things that have been ingrained in me at an early age. My mom is a retired physical education teacher and as kids, my sister and I were always outside playing, exploring, or riding bikes with the neighborhood kids. What motivates me to keep active is the feeling that exercise provides. I don’t know quite how to explain it, I just know that if I don’t exercise for a day or two my body feels like there is something missing and my psyche is definitely affected.
