Like most of us in the real world, I work 9-5 in the Health Care industry, and the rest of my hours, sans a couple of hours of sleep, I call my myself a writer, a TV host, and the founder of a writers retreat in India. Even though I work in the healthcare industry, I know that my motivation to stay healthy and fit does not stem from there. It actually stems from my writing and everything else that I do that revolves around my creativity. The days I work out and meditate, I find myself able to write better, dream about projects better and create better. I do a basic 3 times or maybe 4 times a week trip to the gym. 70 minutes of cardio and about 20 mins of weights.

Motivations are to stay healthy and not be dependent on anyone till as long as I can.
